In the heart of the carruggi
A renovated studio in the carruggi of Monterosso’s old town: 200 metres from the beach, from the boat landing and from the start of the Sentiero Azzurro to Vernazza. A single room with a double bed and an XL armchair bed for a third guest, a fitted kitchenette and a bathroom. A few steps away: a mini market, a laundry, a pharmacy, bars and restaurants. The station is 8 minutes on foot, the Loreto car park 5. Ideal for a couple, with an extra place when needed.
The space
The apartment combines the charm of old Ligurian houses with the comfort of a recent renovation. Like many historic houses in the carruggi it has no windows on the main façade, but an internal window onto the entrance hall provides good natural ventilation. In return the silence is complete: in the lanes of the old town, in summer, that is a rare luxury.
The kitchenette is equipped with crockery and the essential utensils, everything you need to put together simple dishes with fresh ingredients from the market. There is a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning that keeps the place comfortable in any season.
For your things there is a 2-door wardrobe with drawers, and an iron is available too. The morning starts with the electric kettle and the coffee machine, with pods included.
Guest access
Self check-in with a coded key safe, available from 2 pm. The studio is entirely reserved for our guests for the whole stay, with no shared spaces.
